“We love to come to this chain of markets for good collection of wine and with very reasonable prices. The produce are also very good quality and very affordable. The other day we went there to get some more wine and we found excellent brown eggs with dark eggyote for just 99 cents. On this day of age this price is absolutely fantastic.”
“Great wine select for sometimes half the price. Meat and fish selections are also great. The Wildomar store is clean and well stalked with everything you want and need.”
“Truly everyone that works here deserves a raise they are always nice respectful and they always great you when you arrive. If you live near like I do it's the only store within miles witch means they get packed often but they always get the job done ?”
“Has everything that's inside of the swap meet for the most part with the exception of a few things. They have clothes, shoes, large inventory of t-shirts, long sleeves, work pants, sports pants, toys, backpacks, electronic accessories, tobacco supplies, household items, hair and much more. Prices are really good. I also come here first before the swapmeet next door, etc.”
“This location always has what I am looking for, as far as Dollar Tree items go. I have asked for items, and the manager makes sure that he supplies them. The customer service reps are always kind and knowledgeable. The store is always clean, even when they are stocking the shelves. I have been to other Dollar Tree stores and had to climb over boxes to cross the aisle. So, the Benton location is considered a higher caliber of Dollar Tree stores. ??”

“I recently visited two Dollar Tree locations, one in Winchester near my home and another in Murrieta, and both reminded me why I enjoy shopping there. With the rising cost of everyday essentials, Dollar Tree has really stepped up its game by offering a great mix of affordable products, including many well-known name brands. I regularly purchase items like Arm & Hammer laundry detergent, Dawn dish soap, Glad trash bags, Fabuloso, Ajax, socks, stockings, paper plates, tablecloths, gift bags, and party supplies. It's amazing how many everyday essentials you can find in one place while staying within your budget. I also appreciate the refrigerated and frozen food section. They offer items like butter, frozen pizzas, ice cream, and other convenient foods. It's especially helpful for someone living alone or anyone looking for a quick meal without spending a lot of money. One thing many people don't realize is that Dollar Tree's website is full of creative ideas and DIY inspiration. They show customers how to decorate with their flowers, glass containers, party supplies, and seasonal items, making it easy to create beautiful projects on a budget. The larger Dollar Tree that replaced the former 99 Cents Only store is especially impressive. It has a wide selection of products and makes shopping even more enjoyable. If you haven't visited Dollar Tree recently, I encourage you to give it another look. Don't assume everything is low quality just because it's affordable. You may be surprised by the number of name-brand products, household essentials, cleaning supplies, frozen foods, drinks, and party items available. In today's economy, finding ways to stretch your budget matters, and Dollar Tree is a great place to do just that.”
Burlington Stores is giving its locations a major makeover. The off-price retailer has already transformed about half of its 1,115 stores and plans to complete the redesign across its entire fleet by the end of 2026. The company calls this makeover "Store Experience 2.0." Gone are the cramped aisles and confusing layouts that once defined discount shopping. Instead, Burlington is creating wider walkways, organized sections, and clearer signs to help shoppers find what they need.
Dollar General is adding more of its private label food offerings to stores, following similar moves by big retailers like Walmart and Amazon as store brands keep growing in popularity. The store is launching new items under its own labels, including ice cream, cinnamon rolls, coffee syrups, and salad dressings. The move comes as store brand sales reached $271 billion in 2024, up nearly 4% from 2023.
Daiso, the beloved Japanese retailer known for its variety of affordable household goods, is expanding further in the U.S. market. This week, the company is celebrating the grand openings of three new stores in Texas and California. On Saturday, Aug. 10, Daiso debuted an 8,000-sq.-ft. location in Beaumont, Texas, at Dowlen Towne Center, as well as two Southern California stores - a 6,319-sq.-ft. space in Van Nuys at Mid Valley Marketplace and a 5,200-sq.-ft. store in Westminster at Westminster Center.
Dollar Tree is moving into 170 former 99 Cents Only stores, marking a big shift in the discount retail landscape. The company announced Wednesday it's taking over leases in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Texas, with plans to reopen the stores under its own brand as early as fall 2024.
Ollie's Bargain Outlet just landed a great deal of its own, winning a $14.6 million bankruptcy auction for 11 former 99 Cents Only store locations across Texas. The discount retail chain pounced after 99 Cents Only abruptly went out of business in March, shuttering all 371 of its stores in California, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada. Ollie's quickly made an opening "stalking horse bid" to grab over a dozen of the empty properties.
