“They had some lovely toilets especially the bidets that are seat warmers. I was inclined to get it my sister was not, there was a gentleman that was a Marine corps veteran that was lively and we talked to him frequently as we saw him frequently throughout the store. Then when we got out to the street the gentleman got out of his car because he was in front of us and he was waving and laughing and made us laugh so much cuz he said fancy seeing you here or something like that. So he gets back in his car and I start looking at the back of his car and realized he's a US Marine veteran and I told him that I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy and he said a corpsman saved his life in Vietnam. I love it when a plan comes together. ? ??? ?”

“Good service is above average. Kimber was amazing and we are happy customers. She saved the image of the service at Tractor Supply as we had less than a good experience at the Temecula store. Kimber reached out to yet another store in Hemet to help us find the trailer and riding mower we were looking for. Temecula lost out on 5k+ sale. And while Hemet will get the sale because they had it in stock and Murrieta did not, l think Kimber should get the credit for the sale. Kimber definitely deserves all the praise for saving our opinions about Tractor Supply. ALL Temecula store employees could use training from Kimber on how to speak to customers and keep customers. What she did in Murrieta, Temecula could have done but did not. Thank you Kimber Tractor Supply is fortunate to have you as an employee.”

Elly not only helped us find those but also assisted us in getting a washer, an upgraded dryer, and a fridge when Home Depot didn't have them in stock.
