“I want to put a BIG shoutout to a sweet employee named Grace at the Murrieta Home Depot located on Madison. She went out of her way to help me over the phone about a home delivery. I had just purchased a good sized freezer for our garage and it was missing one of the bins on the inside of the door. She had to call me back to find out about this model and to talk it over with her manager. She called me right back with awesome news, stating that I would receive the missing bin in the mail in about a week to a week and a half.
