“Good service is above average. Kimber was amazing and we are happy customers. She saved the image of the service at Tractor Supply as we had less than a good experience at the Temecula store. Kimber reached out to yet another store in Hemet to help us find the trailer and riding mower we were looking for. Temecula lost out on 5k+ sale. And while Hemet will get the sale because they had it in stock and Murrieta did not, l think Kimber should get the credit for the sale. Kimber definitely deserves all the praise for saving our opinions about Tractor Supply. ALL Temecula store employees could use training from Kimber on how to speak to customers and keep customers. What she did in Murrieta, Temecula could have done but did not. Thank you Kimber Tractor Supply is fortunate to have you as an employee.”

“I'm taking away a star because, all down the main aisle, there is not just one but SEVERAL DISPLAYS OF ROUNDUP! NO ONE should be highlighting such a harmful ingredient. SHAMEFUL. I've had to weigh my support and stars out. Their employees are so good that I can't objectively take away more stars for the Roundup, even though on its own I would certainly change my rating to only one. PLEASE!! STOP BUYING ROUNDUP! .”

“We purchased two shelving units last week from the Lowes/Murrieta store. We had a problem with the contracted delivery service they use -- the driver appeared to be quite lazy and not interested in bringing the shelving units inside my home. Fortunately, we met Aaron in the delivery department at this particular Lowes and he was quite helpful and accommodating. In this day and age where customer service is quite hard to find, Aaron is a great example of what customer service was and should be now. My wife and I greatly appreciate Aaron's assistance in getting our units delivered -- we cannot thank him enough. To the Lowe's management: This young man is a "keeper" and should be recognized for exemplifying great customer relations with your customers. Thank you Lowes/Murrieta!”
