“Kohl’s has been my go to store for shopping in the past few years especially when they offer the 50% off on clearance items. It’s a sweet spot. You ladies deserve some raise.”

The store maintains a clean, well-organized, and fully-stocked appearance. It's a hot spot for teen shoppers, with a selection of men's, women's, and kid's casual wear, along with accessories and skateboards. However, the store's inventory of average sizes can be inconsistent, and customer service may be lacking, as staff may not be readily available to assist shoppers.”

I had a great experience shopping at Burlington today! My mom and I found a really cool item, but it was a bit too large for us to carry on our own. We asked for help, and Daniel immediately stepped up without hesitation. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist us in getting the item safely to our car. It’s always nice to encounter employees who genuinely care about their customers—thank you, Daniel, for your kindness and great customer service!”
“Always top quality on clothing and boots. I purchased Baby clothing for my granddaughter who is turning one. Now let’s discuss customer service not one Salesman helped or asked if there was anything I needed. As I went to the cash register, there were three associates talking one stepped away and the other two continued so I had to ask if I could pay, the one in front of the register look like it bothered her to help me and when she asked if anyone helped me, I said no. This could’ve been a five star review but customer service was definitely a fail”
