“When I came there, I had a heavy box that I wasn’t able to lift on my own due to me having a medical condition. I still tried to lift it anyways, so I went inside to ask for a dolly and immediately the associates not only provided me with a dolly, but also sent a male associate out to help me. When the gentleman came out to help me, he refused to let me help because he saw I was in need. I didn’t notify them that I had a medical condition and still they provided me with excellent service and lifted the heavy box for me.”
“This Postal Annex is my favorite. ☺️ They know what good customer service is and offer many services. When I walk in, I feel I'm being greeted by friends. I frequently do shipping there, purchase stamps, and sometimes their gift items end up going home with me as well. ❤️ Great shop and great crew!”
