“I recently had a gallery opening and needed 26 mid-sized metal prints made and delivered to me in about 3-4 weeks. A friend of mine referred me to these guys so I gave them a call and they didn’t hesitate to get me sorted out asap. Everything was printed beautifully and shipped incredibly fast. On delivery, they checked in with me and I reported back that just 1 of the 26 prints had a little denting. They shipped me a replacement within about 24 hours and I received it just as fast as the first round. All around a wonderful experience and I would definitely work with them again, as well as recommend to a friend.”
“I have done about 16 Amazon returns here. They are usually pretty busy, but they do move the line in a timely manner. The staff are just people, I have been there when they were all smiling and happy, and I have been there when the office mood was down. Life is that way. But they are always professional, or at least they have been when I was there. Never had any problems with the staff or the service they provide. I think if you are going to use this location check out their busy times and go at a time that they are normally less busy. Parking can be difficult if you are disabled, so go early, or at a low traffic time.”
