If there were a way to put 0 stars I would. I don't usually write reviews but unfortunately today I had the worst experience and had to share. This is my first time using a Walgreens pharmacy and they are extremely disorganized and impatient with customers. Their processes are not valid and even my doctors office attempted to contact them with several failed attempts. In person they are dismissive and also said they sent a fax that my doctors office confirmed nothing was received. I called back because I have more time and was repeat placed on hold with no one answering just keeping me on hold. My doctors office also doesn't understand why they need to talk to them and then not answer. They are in need of a revamp of processes I will also share with my insurance since I only switched to Walgreens because it was a preferred pharmacy of my insurance.

They never answer the phone, it just hangs up on you after 13 minutes. They are rude when you go to pick up. A herd of turtles. Definitely changing pharmacies.

I just switched from Rite Aid last month and I regret it immensely. Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone, most meds are out of stock, kept me on hold for 20 minutes. They get ZERO stars from me, I’m switching to a different chain.

I specifically asked for a 2x2 inch passport photo, repeated it clearly, and even paid $17 for it. Despite that, the photo that sent to my email was not the correct size and completely unusable. I explained what I needed and I sent back email to sent it back correctly but no respond . This was a waste of time and money . Very unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this place if you need proper ID or passport photos.

This is the worse Walgreens I have ever been to!!! The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional! They never have any of the medication and they will make you wait hours to then tell you they are out of stock. Don’t come here ask your provider to call your medication elsewhere.

Lisa is phenomenal and Customer Service with a warm smile, friendly attitude old-school Customer Service.???? Lisa is very knowledgeable about all products, made sure I knew about all savings.? it’s very refreshing to see old-school. Customer Service were people care and a warm, friendly smile, and a good attitude five star service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?❤️??????. There was an item on sale. Coupon had to be clipped in the app. The app wasn't working inside the store so I took the item and showed the clerks that it was on sale. "App isn't working, nothing we can do." Then literally shooed me out of the way for the next customer. Rude and incompetent. Do better.
