“My Tuesday night went sideways fast — transmission blew out on my Nissan Rogue on the 280 freeway right by Serramonte Mall in Daly City. Not a great situation. But the next morning I went online, booked through Enterprise, and picked up a Chevy Trailblazer (black) that honestly turned the whole week around.
Quick, sleek, and surprisingly roomy inside for a mini SUV — way more space than I expected. Ended up being a genuinely fun drive all week.
The staff at the Mountain View Old Middlefield location were super great — friendly, efficient, zero hassle. Drop-off on Sunday was smooth. Left the keys in the drop box and headed home.
…Only to get to my front door and realize my house keys were still on that keychain. 😬
Called the next day (Monday-May 4,2026 @8am) and the staff already knew and asked which keys were mine to sort it out. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way. And honestly, knowing I wasn't the first person to do that made me feel a whole lot better — there's a club of us out there.
Highly recommend this location. They handled a stressful week with total professionalism and good humor. Will definitely be back.”

“I have been coming here for years now and my experience has generally been always great. Pickups are fast so are the drop-offs and cars are generally available, iff you were able to make a reservation online.
Cars are kept clean though on occasions you could tell someone smoked in it some point - so the smell lingered. But it was cleaned otherwise.”
“We were staying in Foster city for a week. Found budget to be our nearest rental company. Rented a normal car but was then offered to upgrade for a very competitive price. So we upgraded to a mustang so we could live the American dream whilst on holiday. The company did not disappoint and the service was excellent from start to finish. Steven who dealt with us was amazing and took time time to ask how our holiday was going and where we were thinking of visiting with the car. He explained the toll system and general driving in the US.

Akil was the friendliest and most helpful associate you could ever wish for. He worked diligently and patiently with me to resolve every single problem, and his manager was as friendly and helpful. I had several special requests, and Akil worked through every one with me - he really wanted to make sure that I will leave the location happily, and all of that on a Friday afternoon, 30 minutes before closing. I was super impressed and thankful for his great service.”
