I had a very positive experience with the customer service at this store. I especially want to recognize Phupu , the salesperson who helped me. She was extremely polite, professional, patient, and attentive. She made me feel comfortable and did her best to help me find the right dress. I truly appreciate her excellent service and professionalism.

At the same time, I would like to offer some constructive feedback about the clothing selection. I found it quite difficult to find something that suited me. I would love to see a wider variety of styles, especially more elegant pieces in solid colors or simple combinations of one or two colors rather than designs with many different colors.

I also noticed that many of the sleeves are cut quite narrow and seem better suited for very slim arms. I would suggest offering more styles with slightly wider and more comfortable sleeves, which could provide a better fit for a wider range of women.

Overall, I am very happy with the service I received, and I especially want to thank Fupo for her kindness and professionalism. With a little more variety in styles, colors, and fits, I think the shopping experience could be even better .”
