“I brought an heirloom piece to Neil that is extremely sentimental to me. It's multi generational and from Europe. When I noticed it had broke, I was so concerned. It's a delicate ID gold bracelet that I have had for decades as a gift from my grandma. One jeweler was unable to fix it. Neil Dahl was highly recommended! I met with Neil. He was straightforward about the reality of what could be done and what couldn't be done. He was friendly, warm hearted and personable. I handed over my bracelet and hoped for the best. I just got it back today. Neil's team not only maintained the integrity of the gold piece but preserved it for decades to come. They Lasered the name ID to deepen the name, used the original clasp and sourced a very close to identical gold link bracelet to solder onto original pieces. Pricing was fair and most importantly, I got my pretty piece back and will always look at my wrist thinking of my late grandma. Thank you Neil and team!”

“Ok so have no idea what I am doing and so I looked up the Yelp reviews on who to sell my jewelry to and this place showed up on the top of the list since I happened to be in the area. I didn't want to waste my time nor have to deal with anyone sleezy. Lol! So I spent hours searching the internet in general on what to do. Marcus really deserves five stars! I had some jewelry that I had inherited from my mother including a beautiful 1.75 carat Tiffany diamond ring and old fashioned gold necklaces etc. I didn't plan on selling my jewelry today but he sounded like a reputable man and it would be time well spent. I emailed them and Marcus responded right away. I sent him photos of the ring. He agreed to meet me today (Saturday) and he drove all the way from the coast to meet me! On a Saturday! Super! :) He is very professional and walked me through the entire process and he graded the diamond and evaluated all of my other gold items. He made me feel very comfortable and educated me on what's involved. I was able to sell it all and I am so happy it was indeed time well spent, and I felt I got the best offer. He exceeded my expectations! I will bring my additional items to him as well since I trust him. He's great! I will also buy any future items from him since his collection is fantastic. I highly recommend him without reservation. Thank you!!!”

I found Erin Mac Jewelry through Google and could not have been more pleased with the service she provided. Not only did she complete the repair in a very timely fashion but the charge was much less than I expected for high quality work. Although I was only in the shop for the repair work, I did look around and saw how many beautiful pieces were on display. “The only thing more difficult to work with than a crazy pet owner, is one that has just lost their beloved companion. Beth, the owner, dealt with my craziness with patience and professionalism. I even tried to call and left voice mails at the wrong phone number (my typo) and she apologized because she did not want me to think she was ignoring my calls. Wow! You don't see customer service like that anymore. On my order I had very specific instructions, yet Beth understood and executed them to the letter.
