“Store manager Cody could not have provided better customer service. The remote for my 93-year-old dad's lift assist recliner failed which meant we couldn't get get my dad into or out of the chair. Cody came to our house on a Saturday to trouble shoot. Once he determined it was a remote component, he verified it was under warranty and placed the order. He also researched and ordered (at our request) expedited shipping as the piece of equipment is so important for my dad's well-being. This level of service is unheard of and we are deeply grateful for it. We will definitely be Relax The Back repeat customers.”

The woman helping me managed to help me see samples of my print, offered her opinion and suggestions on paper styles, all while helping another woman print ( in another language) and helping another gentleman print large print items. Quick, and very efficient & offered to check me out so I didn't have to wait in line, I love it! I will be back!”
