So we were directed together to turn the lights on, put your foot on the break, put the car in reverse and other things to check that the lights of the car work. “Went to see Brian and Chris yesterday just for an oil change on my 2004 Toyota truck. As always they were fantastic in getting me in ( appointment) on time and starting, telling me it would be about an hour. The garage is immaculate, the tv waiting room with books and plants immaculate, and the service with explanation of all when finished is something most shops do not do!!!! Brian said my truck was fine, just a tire that may need to be replaced next year ( starting to crack)... These guys take pride in their work and are totally honest and reliable. They were recommended to me by long time customers and it was the best experience ever finding Toy Toyota and meeting these great people!!! THANK YOU!!! “I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I was next door at Benz Auto body for repairs to the bumper/light when my car stopped running. Glad I was in the area lol. When I walked in the gentleman was very nice. I left my car there overnight and the next day they called me and told me what was wrong with. It actually felt they were being fair with pricing and they also informed me that my car will be ready by the end of the day, which was perfect. This car is actually for my daughter to get back-and-forth to high school, so I need it to be in good working condition. My car runs like a beauty now!! I have found my new location for repairs and I definitely recommend service. I have two other vehicles that I will now have repairs done at this location. Thank you!!”

Carl and the team listened to me, probed for additional issues and problems, didn't (which is rare) treat me like an idiot re mechanical issues, and serviced exactly as requested down to including getting the smog done, and calling me when it passed. “I am so happy that Kieran (the owner) is so dedicated to fixing cars and solving complex problems. My old van needed new rear drum brakes. Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts. He tracked down the one remaining set in Texas and had it shipped to him. Now my van feels new!!Kieran worked hard to solve this problem and still just charged me a reasonable fee.”

“Had car trouble while driving and was looking for a parking lot to park and call for a tow. I look over, and what are the chances that I'm broke down right in front of an auto repair shop. I pull in, and within 10 minutes, they've already diagnosed the issue, showed me the problem (my fan broke...who knew the blades of a fan could break off!!) and let me know they could fix it. Unfortunately it was already 4pm and they couldn't get the part until morning. They called me at 9am the next day, and my car was already fixed! I was like wow, you guys are fast! They let me know that they pulled it apart before they closed, so as soon as the part came in the next morning, they could get it put back on right away. Super nice, super fast, very knowledgeable and affordable.”

They have been cheaper than other places I looked into but I feel like they always do great work. And I trust them more than any other mechanic I've ever had.
