“I took my car in for an oil change and transmission flush - and saw that the front wheel fork was in bad shape when they hoisted the car up.Al gave me a very fair estimate for the car, and a loaner for the duration of the repair.
Then, while putting the parts in, they noticed that two of the bolts were stripped, and they had to order new bolts from Mercedes. This took an additional 2 days, and added only around 80$ to the repair. Al let me keep the loaner car till my repairs were done!
I know from experience that nobody else would keep a car back for 2 days for an extra 80$ in repairs - these are some of the most professional people I have seen. I will definitely be bringing my car here again.”

Plus the shop employees listen to your description of the problem and even take into account diagnostic steps you may have taken to narrow the problem down. When I brought my car in we were even able to spend a few minutes going over the symptoms and discuss the plan. Peter and crew are a great team!”

“This is my local mechanic. I am so grateful they are my neighbors because I can not afford to take my car to the dealership for repairs. The previous owner always did, though. These guys specialize in foreign vehicle repair. I also noticed a lot of Lexus, Toyota, and Honda's being service as well. Really great ownership. Very trustworthy and professional. “I went in for an oil change this morning around 9:15 and I was the only customer there. I was told it would take about 20 minutes, but I am sure it was faster than that. The guy who rang me up was great. He clearly explained pricing for the services I requested, made a recommendation for a tire rotation, made recommendations for future services that I didn't need today. He even found me a better coupon than the one I brought in with me. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes in the past and I know I got over charged and underserved. I will happily come back to this location for my next oil change. Fast and friendly service!”

“Patrick the manager at this location is a great asset. He charges fair and correct prices for basic services like tire mounting and balancing, and doesn't try to add on crazy mark-ups or unnecessary repairs as managers do at so many tire stores. I've been taking my vehicles here for years for all sorts of tire and brake work. Like everyone, Skip's has had its struggles keeping good mechanics, especially during Covid. But even when repairs don't go right the first time, Patrick is always super-motivated to get it right, and gets any problems fixed immediately.”
