No label printing, told me to go to UPS. No paper box fitting my item. Business hours are short, and the receptionist does not sound helpful. Will go to another branch next time.

Alicia was Awesome to everyone. Do they know they have a homeless guy in front..?? (..wearing a ? tutu..talking to himself..)? I think he needs housing & help.. Hello Menlo??
