I walked in dealing with a highly stressful digital security crisis and a pending police report that left me unable to safely access my email on my phone. To make things harder, the store’s customer computer was down.
While an employee at a different UPS Store completely turned me away under these exact same technical constraints, Andretti immediately stepped up to problem-solve. He safely accepted my files via AirDrop to ensure my urgent 12-page document and cover sheet could be printed, organized, and faxed immediately.
He was kind, patient, and completely focused on helping a customer in a tough spot. Andretti turned a terrible day around and showed what true customer service looks like. This store has earned a customer for life because of him!”

Called in and Sandy at this branch was kind enough to ensure I don't waste any time. Had really good experience with the branch.”
