Disappointed for the poor customer service. I went there to pick up some photos and asked if I could have a photo cropped. The person working there kept saying “I can’t help you” when I see that he has the tools right next to him to help.

It pains me to post such a negative review as a former Walgreens employee. Employees at this location are extremely rude and unwilling to help. Maryanne (assistant manager?) needs to re-take customer service 101 before telling off customers that it is the their fault a gift card doesn't scan.

The workers are old ladies who are extremely rude. I was in line and decided I didn't want to buy a item and left it on the shelf near me because I did not want to step out of line. When i went to check out the lady confronted me and said where is your item? I said I didn't want it anymore and she accused me of stealing it and told me to go put it back. I just wanted to get my items and leave not be bossed around like the lady was my mother or something.

Called to get my Rx filled. Told it would be ready by "11 today", couldn't get there until the next day, they said, "oh, we just got this, we will have it ready in 30. From the sounds of the people around me this is a common occurrence.

No passport photos.Called ahead and asked if I could take a passport picture there, the employee said yes.Arrived within an hour, waited 10 minutes for an employee to even show up at the passport counter, and they said the passport system has been offline for a month..

I've been to this pharmacy once a month for the last year.Like any pharmacy, there's usually a line.The folks who work here have always been kind and effective at communicating.The immense amount of regulation on the pharmacy industry means that when something doesn't meet the expectations of customers, the pharmacy staff can't really do much to fix it.I was initially put off by the pharmacy's low reviews, but I don't think the currently 1.9 star rating is a fair measure of the folks who work at the pharmacy.This is as good as a pharmacy can be. 5 stars

terrible service. I called to ask if they provide walk-in vaccination and they confirmed over the phone. However, when I arrived at the store half an hour later, they told me I have to make an appointment and they were fully booked so I could not get the vaccine… wish they could have provided the information over the phone clearly

I needed to get medication from the pharmacy. Unfortunately they were closed, I went to try to start my car, and it did not start.. I ended up having to leave it in the Walgreens parking lot. I called Walgreens and I got this really nice assistant Manager named " Johnathan".. he made sure to put a note on my Car, so it would not get Towed until I pick it up tomorrow.. his customer service skills were incredible.. I would highly recommend this store!!

AVOID SENDING MEDICATION TO THIS PHARMACY. Called the pharmacy and waited 10 minutes to hear someone on the other line hang up on me. They also kept putting me back into the queue prior to that. Terrible. I'd walk in and complain but it would be a total waste of my time.

Terrible pharmacy service. Prescriptions aren't filled when you get to the window. Make you wait forever. They can't go out of business soon enough.
