“I come here multiple times a week because they have literally everything. Some of the items are a bit overpriced but mostly everything is around $1.75. So overall its a good store and the owners are nice.”
“It’s actually probably one of the most organized and dollar stores I’ve been to. Even with all the holidays mess, it’s still it’s very good shape. Friendly staff. 100% impulse buying for gift baskets! going on there and I can never get out for less than $50.”
“Although the are it is located at looks run down , this store is fully stocked and organized. Today Doris helped me check out and she was friendly, professional and very accurate”
“Love this store great employees always nice & helpful , went in on Sunday 10/12/25 around 7pm went thru the Drink aisle was amazed how organized it was great job guys great job ??.”
“The new owners are great! They have wide selection of cleaning products and tools. They have given this place so much life and it shows. They also added a bunch of exotic snacks that my kids love. I will be coming back here for sure ??”
“Very busy this evening. I only go here every once in a while. Had to get some cleaning supplies. Found what I needed. Had to wait in line for a bit but still not bad.”
“Chase was 1 of the sweetest & most helpful associates that work there. It's because of people like himself that make my shopping experience great !! Thanks Chase for your amazing customer service ?”
“Wow, this place impressed me! Guy stocking yesterday stopped to help me find what I needed, even knew exactly what box he needed to open. Great customer service that you don't seem to find anymore. Store was clean and everything was stocked. When checking out the lines got long and they opened 2 more checkouts to accommodate the customers! I will definitely make this my go to dollar tree, keep up the good work.”
“Staff is always nice and helpful. Bradley goes out of his way to help search for items. He was understanding, helpful and have excellent customer service. Because of his services I will visit the store again.”
“5 stars for the staff. Excellent customer service ??. The younglady was ready to go on break and people kept coming to her line and she took them anyway even after telling them she was closed. I hate I didn't get her name. She worked the 1st registered coming in the entrance, she's short hopefully they'll help. It was that Monday August 25th.”
“The store itself and the staff are part of what keeps me coming back. The policies and prices of the Family Dollar corporation is what drives me and others away. This particular store is only two streets from my house so that makes it quick and easy to stop and grab something I may have forgotten while going shopping at the regular store. I am sure that due to its convenience is why the prices are so high. I am sure the CEO of the Family Dollar decided that since they are providing people with somewhere quick and easy to stop and shop they can charge much higher prices then somewhere like stater bros. It would be nice just once for a company to think of the customer first and not their bottom line. Having said all that, the staff that works the store itself are great. They are kind, funny, knowledgeable and holy jeez they work their tails off. The store manager is a very sweet, very tough young woman who will work herself to death I swear it. She is very dedicated to her position and her staff as well as the customers. Her higher ups would be wise to listen to some of her ideas and thoughts on policy changes as they are incredibly on point for both the customer and the store. I gave family dollar only 4 stars due to the prices and the actions taken and policy implemented by the corporate sector of the Family Dollar Stores.”
“I absolutely love coming to this location, its always stocked and the dates are rotated, the staff has always been friendly to me. I've visited other locations but this one is the best one in town, I can see the management and effort from the staff. Thank you for your hard work, its shown throughout the store”
“First time at this location to purchase reading glasses Most Christmas items are 50% off. Nice to shop after Christmas for good sale .. I want to wait for 75% off deals! Store clean and friendly cashier!”
“Areana was great very good customer service great smile great attitude new the product help me put my Christmas reef together she's a blessing God bless her”
“This store is always clean. Has a lot of what you need and a bit extra of things you didn't know you needed. I like coming here....even if it's a bit of a drive from my home.”
“I very, very much appreciate that unlike Family Dollar and Dollar General, this store actually stays open until 10pm as the hours list. I have been to other stores where they do letting customers in 20 minds before they close. What's up with that?. Thank you that this store was open late.”
“Family dollar is awesome ?. I like this one especially!!! I went in basically my objective was to get some tape the clear type, which I accomplished. For a decent price I think. As I walk the aisles I see the coolest looking black skull with sun glasses. It says it's a blu tooth speaker and only 10bucks!! I tried to resist but just seems to awesome so I had to get it. I can't wait to charge it up and check it out. Family dollar employees at this location have always treated me cool and they always got killer stuff for cheap. Another thing I don't even want to mention though sometimes they have lemon meringue pie I cant find that anywhere anywhere anywhere so I shouldn't tell you and the my favorite type of pie so If you see it. Leave it where it be ?unless you feel generous ?”

“Love the manager there. He is so helpful and so sweet. But he's very professional as far as conduct in the store. Sometimes there are unsavory shoppers there when I'm shopping, but he makes sure that I'm safe and that he watches constantly. Couldn't ask for a better manager or assistant manager. I'm not sure which he is but he's wonderful”

“The Mentone, Ca store is awesome. The manager and store employees are always kind and accommodating. I find all kinds of things there to stock my pantry. Their paper products are equal to brand name. Enjoy my "splurge" there and am proud to use my DG coupons.”
