“Went here for passport updates with family and staff was SUPER helpful and kind. I know, I know . . . service at Post Offices is usually like the DMV, but not at this location, which is why I'm writing this review. We had a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone. The cherry on top is the cool Post Office museum and the building itself is quite historical.”
“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”

“I have lived all across Southern California and frequently visited USPS stores, and I had to leave a review for this store. They are the kindest people. They are super helpful. They have gone out of their way multiple times to make sure I got what I needed and have given me suggestions multiple times to save me money. I hate to talk badly about other locations—but I actually don’t live in Calimesa and live in an adjacent town but come to this store specifically because they are so much more kind and helpful. “I've been coming here for 6 years, 2-3 times a week and never once had any issues. The staff has always been real friendly and helpful despite rude customers. They tend to be the ones that came unprepared so of course it's the employees fault. ? Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.”
