“I visited this location 3 times over a couple weeks, trying to figure out how to economically ship 4 boxes including 2 that were oversized. Ruby was there each time, and she REALLY made it a good experience! She multitasks well, keeps impressive composure when managing a busy store solo, and was professional and knowledgeable throughout my interactions with her. She was very reassuring, friendly, and supportive in what I was trying to do. So glad I took my boxes to this location and would use them again for shipping needs to experience her/her staff's service.
Physical location-wise, the parking is challenging/not so convenient. The store has dollies you can borrow to transport your boxes in.”

“I am sad that the former owner passed away as my family and I enjoyed doing business with him. However the new owners are also awesome and treat customers kindly and professionally too. They are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful about finding the right fit for shipping prices and speed. There are also mailboxes available if you want more secure mail delivery than community mailboxes or an unsecured one at your home. I highly recommend this business for your postal needs!!”

“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”

“Mady, who I believe is one of the supervisors or managers at this FedEx Print Center, provided exceptional customer service.
I walked in on a busy Friday afternoon under a serious time crunch, already exhausted from working on my project. The center was short-staffed, the line was long, and I had several uncertain ideas about how I wanted the finished product to look. Despite all of that, Mady was patient, accommodating, and incredibly understanding.
I was initially told my project would not be ready until 11:00 AM the next day. To my surprise, just two hours later, I had the entire completed project in hand and was extremely happy with the results.
FedEx, Mady is a keeper. I have two other print centers closer to me, but her outstanding service is the reason I will gladly return to this location. Five-plus stars from a very satisfied and grateful customer!”
“I have lived all across Southern California and frequently visited USPS stores, and I had to leave a review for this store. They are the kindest people. They are super helpful. They have gone out of their way multiple times to make sure I got what I needed and have given me suggestions multiple times to save me money. I hate to talk badly about other locations—but I actually don’t live in Calimesa and live in an adjacent town but come to this store specifically because they are so much more kind and helpful. “Located in the Highland Crossing plaza off the 210 freeway exit 5th St. This was our first time visiting this location. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and an associate helped us locate their floor mats that we needed under the chairs but above the carpet for our office space at home. He showed us the variety made by Staples. The smaller ones were comparable in prices that I saw at a competitors, Then I noticed their chairs, several office and gamer chairs, Prices were reasonable as well. They currently have a sale, but I think I'll wait to see what they have on sale for Memorial weekend. Service was great. Store was clean and looked like they were fully stocked in whatever you may need. I'll be back for sure.”
