“I went out of my way to visit the The UPS Store location instead of the one closer to my home, and after working with Stephanie, I completely understand why people return to this store. Her customer service was truly exceptional — professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind from start to finish.
In a world where great customer service feels increasingly rare, Stephanie absolutely stands out. She made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. She treated me like my time mattered, answered every question thoroughly, and handled everything with confidence and warmth.
I could have gone somewhere more convenient, but the level of service at this location makes the extra drive worth it. “I visited this location 3 times over a couple weeks, trying to figure out how to economically ship 4 boxes including 2 that were oversized. Ruby was there each time, and she REALLY made it a good experience! She multitasks well, keeps impressive composure when managing a busy store solo, and was professional and knowledgeable throughout my interactions with her. She was very reassuring, friendly, and supportive in what I was trying to do. So glad I took my boxes to this location and would use them again for shipping needs to experience her/her staff's service.
Physical location-wise, the parking is challenging/not so convenient. The store has dollies you can borrow to transport your boxes in.”
“This is the best UPS store I've ever been to. 5 stars doesn't cut it. I only used it because it was conveniently located where I was picking up my wife's lunch that I was dropping off to her. It is 12 miles from my home while my nearest one is 1.2 miles away. It's 10 times further but I will only go to this location whenever I have the need for a UPS store from this day forward. Zack in particular was the greatest help for my needs. He went above and beyond to insure my package would get to it's special destination. Long story but it would have been returned undelivered if he didn't go the extra mile at no fault of his own. If you have shipping needs, this is your location. Patron this location without worry.”
“Always have a great experience there, I always make the drive to this location even though it’s out of my usual route to make my returns. It’s a million times better than the store in the Albertsons plaza. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and quick!”
“I went in for passport photos and the notary service. Everything went perfectly and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Very friendly and efficient team! I have used them many times in the past and this is a typical experience. I highly recommend for you shipping needs, PMBs, notary, passport photos, and any service they offer!”

“Went here for passport updates with family and staff was SUPER helpful and kind. I know, I know . . . service at Post Offices is usually like the DMV, but not at this location, which is why I'm writing this review. We had a great experience and I would recommend this location to anyone. The cherry on top is the cool Post Office museum and the building itself is quite historical.”

“These people really do their best under the circumstances. Being in the mountains can cause staffing issue in bad weather. Occasionally, a worker will socialize a little too long and hold up the line but nothing ridiculous. Overall a great post office, with a small-town vibe!”

“The staff here is great. Renee, especially is very courteous & competent. Today she patiently helped me with my shipping label problem. So I was able to ship my package back immediately instead of going home to print out a label. Folks should come here for all their shipping needs!

“I have lived all across Southern California and frequently visited USPS stores, and I had to leave a review for this store. They are the kindest people. They are super helpful. They have gone out of their way multiple times to make sure I got what I needed and have given me suggestions multiple times to save me money. I hate to talk badly about other locations—but I actually don’t live in Calimesa and live in an adjacent town but come to this store specifically because they are so much more kind and helpful. Thank you all for your hard work. I appreciate you.”
