I walked in on a busy Friday afternoon under a serious time crunch, already exhausted from working on my project. The center was short-staffed, the line was long, and I had several uncertain ideas about how I wanted the finished product to look. Despite all of that, Mady was patient, accommodating, and incredibly understanding.
I was initially told my project would not be ready until 11:00 AM the next day. To my surprise, just two hours later, I had the entire completed project in hand and was extremely happy with the results.
FedEx, Mady is a keeper. I have two other print centers closer to me, but her outstanding service is the reason I will gladly return to this location. Five-plus stars from a very satisfied and grateful customer!”
