“The person that loaded my truck cool guy courteous asked me how I wanted it loaded very good so far. Front desk instructed to sock my tires and… Also (the seal) I think that an employee of this company must seal the truck not the driver.”

“It is a very small parking lot, but I had to wait for a little bit for someone to leave. Mail international is still very expensive for a very small package. So I will use Amazon UK instead.”

“The woman working here is awesome!! I didn’t catch her name..long brown hair…(just checked my receipt and I believe her name is Amber) but I had a very important package to,ship out that had refrigerated medicine in it and had to be sent overnight..and she was SO helpful!!! She told me to have it to the store between 4-4;30 pm as that’s when fed ex would pick up the packages for the day. I got there about 3;40 pm and as soon as I walked thru the door..I seen her JUMP OVER THE COUNTER… grab the box from me and bolted out the door to grab the fed ex driver!!!!!! She ran across the parking lot to flag him down and managed to hand it off to him before he left the parking lots! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE!!! THANK YOU AMBER!!! A++++++”

“Mady, who I believe is one of the supervisors or managers at this FedEx Print Center, provided exceptional customer service. I walked in on a busy Friday afternoon under a serious time crunch, already exhausted from working on my project. The center was short-staffed, the line was long, and I had several uncertain ideas about how I wanted the finished product to look. Despite all of that, Mady was patient, accommodating, and incredibly understanding. I was initially told my project would not be ready until 11:00 AM the next day. To my surprise, just two hours later, I had the entire completed project in hand and was extremely happy with the results. FedEx, Mady is a keeper. I have two other print centers closer to me, but her outstanding service is the reason I will gladly return to this location. Five-plus stars from a very satisfied and grateful customer!”
