“They're still pretty quick, but the lines are hella long. The ATM machines run out of money ??, lol. Still very clean and wonderful service. So today is Monday. There are three tellers working and the lines are out the door. They should have never shut the other Wells Fargo. This is very sad. There would be more pictures but due to security reasons I'm not allowed to post any more pictures”

“While being in Merced with my niece and sister I had to stop by Bank Of America to get my banking needs done. I took my 4 year old niece in with me...as she wanted to come in. When we walked in the line was so LONG. So my niece and I proceeded to walk to the end of the line and wait. My niece who is an outgoing social bunny told me that there was too many people. I told her she wanted to come with me. She was such an Angel during the time spent here. Even though the line was long we managed to get through the line fairly quickly. As there was about 5 to 6 tellers at the window. This was probably the fastest in person banking experience ever especially since I had the little one with me. The customer service was great and I even changed my mind twice and amazed how Cool, Calm and Collected my bank teller was and even did it with a smile too. I had such a great experience here that I prefer to get my banking needs taken care of. I will be back if I'm in the area.”

“Back in February I came in to talk to a loan officer about getting pre-approved for an auto loan. I spoke with Anabel and she made the process very easy, keep in mind this is my first time doing this so I have limited knowledge on this. The process was very straight forward and quick, she printed out my letter and wished me good luck on my car shopping as we know it's been rough. She explained to me that any dealership that's apart of the credit union's CUDL program will accept this letter and even if they aren't the process will just be a little longer.Fast forward to April, I finally found a car I loved and that was in my budget. Originally Carmax approved me for a 17% APR! Which is crazy but thankfully they have a three day period where you can shop around. I already knew I could come back to the credit union but I had to wait until Monday since they're closed on the weekends. When I came into the credit union I saw Anabel again and she was extremely helpful. She even helped expedite my check so I could bring it into Carmax the next day given the fact it's been extremely busy with this spring event going on. I picked it up Tuesday and now everything is settled with a much better APR.”
