“Was in need of a new battery and after auto zone turned me away saying they couldn't help me until it stopped raining due to needing them to remove the battery (it was a mist drizzle). Had it been raining hard I wouldn't have expected them to remove it and replace it. I called O'Reilly's auto parts down the street and they helped me right away. They removed and replaced the new battery I purchased from them, no hesitation. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Thank you Ben for the great customer service and being so helpful.”
