“I rented a car from Fresno Airport to visit my sister close to Yosemite. Driving on the highway I noticed a weird vibration with the car and the Maintenance Light was on. I gave it one more day, but it continued. I went to the Merced Budget location and explained what was happening. Cheryl was very helpful and just gave me a quick switch. Less than 30 min later I was in a different car. I'm visiting for 2 weeks and am so glad I made the switch. Thank you Budget and especially Cheryl for taking care of me (so I can take care of my sister).”
“I needed a car last minute after the other rental car company enterprise let me down and didn’t have a car for me even though I had a reserved and confirmation from them
and i had came all the way from los Banos and needed a car so I came here after being messed around by enterprise with no appointment or reservation and was immediately greeted by the owner Tabish. Although he didn’t have any cars available he didn’t turn me away like enterprise did he said to give him around 30 mins to see what he could do and to see if there any cancellations because I desperately needed a car. He went the extra mile and thankfully was able to put me in a car. I am grateful to Tabish for going to extra mile to help me. Thanks to his helpfulness and great customer service Avis has now gained a new customer for life from me.”

“On our way back from Yosemite our car got punctured, we were worried about returning back to the airport when we found this location on our way back. Esmeralda Hernandez was dealing with an extremely busy day but she ensured very little time was lost and got us a replacement vehicle so that we could make it back to our flight. Thank you! Appreciate everything you did to help us.”
