“This review is to acknowledge Avis employee Cheryl. #Ms.Multitasker About a week ago, at 9am on a Thursday, the front door of Avis was unlocked and the lobby was immediately filled with customers. In addition to answering phone calls, Ms. Cheryl managed to attend to each customer with a friendly and professional attitude. She got us in our in a short amount of time. Upon returning the rental vehicle the following Monday; Cheryl was there once again with a smile on her face even though she had another lobby full of customers. She was working alone and still managed to get each of checked in and out as swiftly as possible. Cheryl is a jewel! I hope you realize what a wonderful employee you have on your hands. Thank you Cheryl.”

“I rented a car from Fresno Airport to visit my sister close to Yosemite. Driving on the highway I noticed a weird vibration with the car and the Maintenance Light was on. I gave it one more day, but it continued. I went to the Merced Budget location and explained what was happening. Cheryl was very helpful and just gave me a quick switch. Less than 30 min later I was in a different car. I'm visiting for 2 weeks and am so glad I made the switch. Thank you Budget and especially Cheryl for taking care of me (so I can take care of my sister).”

“Don't expect to get the gasoline car you choose online. They're transitioning to all-electric. I had some anxiety renting/driving one as soon as I was told AFTER all the docs were signed and deposit withdrawn. No home charger is given and a 250 mile range limit. Charging out in the wild has an annoying learning curve with a multitude of apps to sign in to. The rental price was the best in the area tho and I got a Chevy 2023 model.”
