Costco Tire Center provides outstanding and excellent customer service with a friendly and awesome staff. The team, including managers and mechanics, is known for going out of their way to assist customers, even close to closing time. They provide quick and easy service, working efficiently to get customers out as soon as possible. The staff takes extra time to thoroughly explain issues and solutions, such as finding hidden leaks or honestly assessing if tire replacement is truly needed. They handle mistakes, like wrong tire orders, with no problem and provide helpful updates. While the check-in kiosk service can sometimes be challenging, the overall experience is highly positive. Customers report feeling that their stress was alleviated and express that they will definitely return for future tire service.

Adam was great. Even though the other techs messed up selling a preordered battery that was ordered specifically for us and was suppose be held, he made it right. Kinda and down to earth.

I came in with a flat tire close to closing time and Justin assured me he could get my tire fixed. There was no other option at that hour so he saved my weekend by going out of his way to get the repair done in time.
