“I had a warranty case with some adidas shoes where the seam unraveled after two months. I lost my paper receipt but the staff was able to track my purchase down with a transaction number and held the last pair of gazelles in that exact color for me so I could exchange them and pick it up the next day as soon as they opened- summer holidays saved yay! The staff was so nice about it too, 10/10 service”
