“I cracked my clutch case and had leaky fork seals and they were very honest offered to weld the crack instead of buying a new case. They even cleaned up my bike and fixed my brake lever. They don’t over charge and have very good customer service I would definitely come back if anything happened to my bike”

I lost my paper receipt but the staff was able to track my purchase down with a transaction number and held the last pair of gazelles in that exact color for me so I could exchange them and pick it up the next day as soon as they opened- summer holidays saved yay! The staff was so nice about it too, 10/10 service”

“This place is under new ownership and is now called Sports Fever. Personally I like the SF logo being born and raised in San Francisco ?. Sergio waited on me my husband and 3 kids 1 kids was at home.. they didn't have much kids gear but he helped us to find 2 kids jerseys and 2 more jerseys to fit our older kids. There was a sale he told us about which ultimately had us make the decision to buy them. But 1 get 1 50%off on Warriors gear. $163 sale and it felt Worth the money because if the deal! There are no restrooms because it's inside the Merced Mall. When you walk through the JCPenney entrance you go left and you'll see it on the right. Very clean store. Overall great experience.”

“I went looking for a beach umbrella and I had called before to make sure they were there. I didn’t put on hold because I didn’t know I could and so I spoke to Ryana and let her know and she went all out and looked the whole store for me and was determined to find it for me. And guess what she did?! I wish they had a tip jar lol. Rachel is such a sweetheart too :) All the employees there today were very pleasant. Will be going back there 10/10 thank you Ryana ”
