My husband & I were having a hard time getting any kind of progress done at another shop down the street (West Coast Tire & Auto). WCT&A took nearly two months to diagnose a failed smog code & nearly another month to do any additional work despite having the part in their possession. We desperately needed our truck back for various reasons. One of them being that because WCT&A took so long, we started incurring registration penalties (yes, they knew!)
