Worst experience of my life using mobile network and purchasing 4 devices. Took almost 2 months untill the billing statement was accurate. Service so poor 3 of 4 of my family members moved to T Mobile as soon as possible. After 1yr. The billing department is so disconnected from the service that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Be vigilant and keep an eye on your bill. They actually disconnected my service over a charge from 18months ago. They black mailed me to the point that I was not able to negotiate a payment option and disconnected my service. I had to contact Techical support and say I had connection problems B4 I could actually talk to a person. I had to scrutinize my bills to find the Verizon Billing issue and give them the Invoice # to clarify Verizons issue B4 the would acknowledge it and reverse the charge. Note: worst cellular billing department that may exist. Moving to (T)

Had the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store here. Mark helped me set up a replacement phone for one I had dropped, and in the process took a look at my account and noticed some errors in how it was set up. He helped me correct this with the Verizon help line. Very nice and courteous and made what I assumed would be a painful process very easy and simple. Cannot recommend enough!

The experience was absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and friendly as they helped us get set up. I would 100% give a 5-star review, however if I could give this review a 100/5? I'd definitely do so! ^.^

Went in to pay off our tablets. Agent asked about internet service said we got a service. He still brought out a box for the internet. We said no. Brother was talking that is when the agent raised his hand in a shut up jester. When he did that he said he would only talk to me. We walked out after that. Happened on Nov 4th, 2023 at 12:10 to 12:17.

Donte at the Merced store on olive was a pleasure to work with. He cares a lot about his customers. While my new phone was syncing data with the old one he started to help other customers so they didn't have to wait any longer but continued to update me on the status of my phone. He is truly an asset to your business.

Was completely misinformed about the contract we signed after purchasing 3 phones. When attempting to switch to another phone carrier, Verison stole $1300 out of our account saying we broke our contract even though we were told our phones were 100% paid for. When we complained, we were told that we should go to corporate stores because stores like this (aka indirect providers) do not take trainings seriously and do not follow policies and lie to their customers to get sales. Will NEVER use Verison again. Verison, learn how to train your non-corporate employees and train your customer service reps properly.

We moved from metro to verizon and mark lied to us. Our First Bill Was nearly 900 and mark took advantage of us. Every time we go in there he never breaks down the Bill, he was screaming at my husband and i and even cursed at us. The manager never shows his Face and told us to "wait outside" for hour . We are so dissappinted and need to fix this Bill but no one is helping us at the olive store

Very clean store and professional setting. great customer service. Saved me a lot of time, Dante was very attentive and recognized the priblem within a minute of me speaking to him and was able to solve it fast. Thank you for a great experience at this store
