They NEVER answer their phone! And they don’t have trucks available….Why are they even listed on here?!? ?

We made a reservation online for a 26 ft truck for a next day pick up for moving our whole house. We got a phone call 20 minutes before pick up on the day of the move so they could tell us that they had no truck available when we already had people here to help us move. Completely unacceptable and gave us no alternatives but said to call a 1-800 number to look around for more.

Jessie was amazing at this location. Helped us with all our needs, saved us money, and was patient when there was complications. Our truck was ready to go when we got there! Highly recommend and ask for Jessie.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the guy that helped tried. I ordered a truck rental to be p/u at 9am , I showed up early asked if I could possibly get the truck any earlier, he said let me see what I can do, mind you they were busy it was 8am right when they open I waited not a problem, I am then told that he does have a truck for ok cool I should have waited for my 9am appointment because the truck I am given some guy had dropped it off after having it for 2 weeks No Gas, the truck was disgusting! It SMELLED so bad not at first but as it sat in sun to firment it was stomach turning! the driver seat would not move forward, the back would not move up I'm 5'3 my toes barley touched the pedals, the only way I could see over the steering wheel was to sit up my back not touching the back of the seat. The hood would not shut, the brakes were GRINDING into the metal some kind of clanking knocking noises oil was leaking like crazy did I mention that it smelled so bad I almost threw up each time I got in that truck. Now you might ask if I noticed all these issues"Why didn't I go back right away and let them you huh hull kk puthem know" I did, I was told that's ok they'll have to take care of all that you just go about and take care of your business..When I brought the truck back I couldn't get out of it fast enough I let them know that, that should NOT be given to another customer, actually it Should NOT be on Road! The agent just kept saying" Really" okay I'll let them know. Mel A

Called to make sure they are still open during the closures. Was told “we are still open because we don’t care about a virus”. Disgusting people, look elsewhere for your own safety and sanity

I'm not certain about the negative reviews. I was utilizing a truck rental for business purposes without a problem. The gentleman at the front was really friendly and actually informed me about their small business account, which I now use and often. The national direct to customer hotline is another story, they don't even have the right inventory.

I booked a reservation through Costco. When I got to this location Budget would not let you rent a truck without purchasing additional insurance. Once asked if it's required to rent, they said NO but stubbornly insisted me to buy. Insulted and laughed at me for refusing to buy. I told them no I don't want it and walked away. They charged my credit card $75 for "No Show". I disputed the charge through my credit card company and got my money back. DO NOT COME HERE.

I maid a reservation yesterday morning and thought that I was all set up for today’s move . They told me to pick up at 9:30 am and when I came there to pick it up they told me that they don’t have a truck and that they are looking for one . I could not believe it that this professional company promise me something they don’t have they told me to wait and after half hour they said sorry but we don’t have a truck but you can get one tomorrow at a different location 50 miles away .i couldn’t believe it this is ridiculous. When I called the costumer service they blew me off and hang the phone on me . I would say you lied to people !

Horrible experience returning truck here. Got a call at 9am from Andrea stating she needed me to return the truck now because she had customers waiting for it. My reservation was not up until 11am! So unprofessional telling me to return the truck earlier when i had paid for it through 11am. Book with Uhaul, it might be more expensive but at least there are no Andreas...... words cannot describe my anger with Budget locations/logistics/corporate

Didn't even get to rent a truck here. I called to ask if I could pick the truck up earlier, and the guy told me he had no trucks. However, I made a reservation so what is the point of making a reservation if they don't even care...

I also was forced to buy insurance after my insurance covers the truck. Further when we went to returned the truck during open hours there was nobody there. We had to wait over an hour for the guy to get there . Go to U haul .
