“After the last three bad experiences of renting cars at John Wayne Airport (Multiple hours waiting, long lines, and waiting for cars to be delivered from other locations) I decided to try a rental yard off the airport property. From the time I called for the free shuttle to the time I was driving off the businesses property was less then 30 minutes. It really might have been close to 20 minutes. Turning in the car and getting a shuttle to the airport was even more efficient. Super smooth operation.”

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Alamo. What started as a very stressful situation could have easily turned into a nightmare. I had lost my wallet and was having a very difficult time picking up our rental car, and we were worried our trip would be ruined.
Veronica went above and beyond to help us. She showed incredible patience, kindness, and a willingness to help us during the entire process. She brought her manager and he also stepped in to assist, and he was equally outstanding. Together, they worked hard to find solutions and made everything possible to help us get on the road.

“Avis Midway is the best location in Southern California hands down. Jesse has great customer service skills and has been helpful every time I’ve came in or called in the last 7 months I’ve rented from this location, even on Sundays. He’s made me feel like I’m more than just a number to them. I thought it was just me but after coming here to write my own review. I see this man bends over backwards for us all. As a rideshare driver renting a car weekly through the Uber platform. I no longer feel like I’m walking on egg shells week to week as other locations have made me feel over the past 2 years relying on their service.
