“The best local Hertz car rental in OC! I'm a local and rent every once in a while. The manager and staff help me as best they can to accommodate my rental needs. They're very quick, communicative, and care for the customer...For those of you that I see complain on here about rentals, etc,, please remember that this isn't like before where you can reserve a specific car. During the last 3 years ALL rental companies have sold lots of cars so their is a bit of a rental shortage. However they have slowly added more to the fleet. To help with a specific need, contact Hertz in advance for a specific vehicle. I do the same thing and it helps a lot. Remember the employees can only do so much. They can't bring cars in by snapping their fingers. Employees only have so much control because all locations are constantly trading vehicles. Be patient and work with them. I witness them taking calls while checking out people at the same time! So don't be afraid to call again and check in. That's what they're their for.This is by far the best Hertz location and they really care for their customers. I promise you that. GREAT care for the customer!I highly recommend this Hertz 100%6 year customer of this location :-)”
