Shilu helped me and she was great - smart, fast, and friendly. We’re leaving BOA because we don’t want to be invested in a bank that is a BIG investor in climate change - switching to a credit union - but Shilu was wonderful.

I've had the worst experiences with the tellers at this branch. With the exception of two wonderful women tellers, pretty much most of my experiences have been negative. So much so, that I dread coming in here.

I do personal banking business here occasionally. Staff has been friendly on all my visits. Pretty typical experience if you ask me. No drive thru but have 2 outside ATMs.
