“What a great place! While they were dealing with the recent fire (literally while the firefighters were there working), the owner took the time to talk with me between talking to the police, insurance, firefighters, etc. Since they had to force open every unit to put out the fire, and I was worried about the contents of my unit, Stacy (the owner) told me if I gave her a lock, she would be sure to lock up my unit as soon as the firefighters gave the OK. I bought a lock at the nearby hardware store and gave it to her...and sure enough, the next day when I wen there, my unit was locked up. I run a business where all the items I sell are in the storage unit, and I need to have access to them every day. Stacy arranged for her husband (also a really nice guy) to be there early every morning when the area was closed (to allow the authorities to do their work/investigation) so I could get the items I needed to ship that day. WOW!!!”

They were professional, efficient, and worked seamlessly together to complete the entire move in just 3 hours. “MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”

“Manager and other employees are great. But, the hours of the facility were not ideal for me. And sometimes the single freight elevator would be out of order. It wasn't a big deal as one can just take the stairs, but all in all four stars seems right.”

I went to another location to attempt to resolve a time sensitive billing issue after they told me over the phone I had to go in person to resolve it, and the person there was unable to resolve it and was generally unhelpful.
So we decided to try to go by one more location before closing time to see if we could resolve it and thankfully we went to this one and got to work with this super helpful gal! Friendly, informative, and patient with me being on the phone with customer service (so rude of me tbh but I was trying to juggle things in a panic), AND solved the issue within 5 mins!

“This 4star review is about the customer service and not the facility itself. Bobby is the only reason why. I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?! Pay this woman her worth!!!!), for her patience, communication and efforts with customers. I really appreciate her honesty and follow through with what she says in actions. Thank you, Bobby, and I hope you will be acknowledged by your employer for your service!”
