Very fast service. This specific facility is a little different from their other locations since it's in downtown SF. We ended up not getting a locker here because of the smaller compartments compared to other locations, but they were very accommodating and honest about how this location is diff

Such sweet ladies in the office so helpful when I had booked the wrong size unit! Helped show me other sizes and even options at other units in different store locations. Would absolutely come back!
