The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”
“I really appreciated the self-service print service as a Windows user, and the staff was very helpful with my specific questions about passport photo requirements. I had a slightly nonstandard request for the print job, and the staff were able to sort everything out after we discussed the specifics of UPS' processes. Cole was very knowledgeable about the business, and definitely the superstar of the three businesses I visited trying to get prints. Big shout out to him, very detail oriented and has good eyes for the quality of the prints.”
