“The Bad: Mixed up shipping labels; shipped someone else's box to me using my label, and shipped my box to someone else.
The Good: When I notified store of error, UPS staff worked diligently to try to find my box and keep me informed of status. Then when notified of my box's arrival at someone else's location by that recipient, staff worked promptly to facilitate delivery to me. UPS Customer Service phone staffer was also helpful.”
“For 13 years, I’ve frequented the UPS store in Sausalito purely for convenience. I've had a higher tolerance than most for their constant revolving door of unprofessional employees and filthy facility. I remember walking in one day and there was dog vomit on the carpet. The employee at the time stated that the owner treated them terribly and that this was not their job, so they refused to clean it. To give you perspective on what my experiences had been like, this didn’t phase me at all. I just stepped over the dog vomit and proceeded as quickly as possible. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner myself, who was so incredibly unprofessional and rude to me that another customer actually stopped me outside to apologize for his behavior.
I’m actually grateful for today’s unpleasant interaction because it led me to this particular UPS franchise in Mill Valley. I walked in and was in shock by how absolutely clean it was. I literally stood in the front door in awe for a moment. The gentleman at the front desk (manager and brother to the owner) was so pleasant and personable. I feel like I’ve been upgraded from coach (more like the baggage compartment) to first class.”
“when I forget to purchase stamps, forget to pick up small shipping packages or forget to purchase packing tape I can always stop into mill valley post office and get these items there without the p.o. workers going postal on me at all.”

“I came in a few days ago for copies and stamps, and the woman at the front counter was such a bright spot. Two other women were waiting with me, and she handled a very rude and disruptive man with so much grace. She still made each of us feel welcomed and cared for when it was our turn. Her kindness really stood out.
I will be going back whenever I need additional services.”
