“The owner, Z, is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve used their Live Scan fingerprinting service, and the whole process was smooth and convenient.
One of the best things about this location is that you can drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all in one place. It saves so much time not having to go to multiple locations. While I haven’t personally used their other services, I believe they also offer document printing and passport photos.
Overall, excellent customer service. Highly recommend!”

“I stopped by the San Rafael branch last Thursday around 6:00 pm , to buy HP 910 color ink, and when I checked the shelves, they were mostly empty. I was disappointed, but as I was walking out, I turned back and asked the cashier if he knew when they would restock the HP 910 color.
He immediately went to the back and searched everywhere to find the ink for me. I was so grateful—he truly went out of his way to help. I left Staples thankful and relieved, and I can finally print my manuscript.”
“I never thought I’d be blown away by customer service at a shipping store but was I ever! The most elite customer service hands down. I am moving across the country and brought in separate packaged boxes and it was going to cost over $600. The man who helped me found an extra large box to fit all of them, and used a tool to make the extra large box they were all in smaller to fit certain shipping requirements and brought the cost down to $300! While he was doing this he was extremely friendly and greeted other customers as they walked in. Very grateful!”

“I usually go to Union Post SF to retrieve packages that UPS re-routed from my apartment building, which is pretty convenient. Today, I visited for notary public services for an urgent financial document due tomorrow. The folks there provided EXCELLENT service w/ attention to details, and were gracious and professional. My form was 4 pages and it took some time to fill it out. They prepped their document, set up for notarizing, and patiently waited for me to finish for whenever I was ready. I paid the $15 standard notary fee. They have all kinds of services, like: UPS/Fedex delivery package holding, printing & copying, notarizing, shipping, mailbox leasing, etc. Check out their website, and visit this store on Geary nr 19th Av. and you'll see how much they could make your life easier.”

“The customer service here is second to none. I needed a last minute sign for a golf tournament. I received not only helpful (and speedy) assist of setting the document up, but after realizing the delivery timing would be tight, they called the store closest to the tournament allowing me to pivot the actual production to that store. The store manager is a gem. She went so above and beyond and in this day of corporate crap where people don't follow through, I would gladly bring my business here again in the future. “This place is great and I am so grateful to have it in Fairfax (especially b/c the Fairfax Post Office is notoriously difficult to deal with). I have used this UPS store for returns, shipping holiday gifts, making copies, and notary services a couple times. They are always quick and helpful and I am always in and out. the hours are fantastic as well (open late, on weekends). It's so nice to not have to truck up to Terra Linda location etc. anymore.”

“I am convinced Tiburon location is the best in whole Bay Area if not the country.
I had superior experience on a day that could have been disaster for any worker. April 15 is the last day to file taxes, line at the door was a mile away right when John opened the doors with the warmest smile.
I was there with two very young kids to get passports done, not one but two. Seeing John navigating guests through was mesmerizing. Early morning, people with piles of papers, million questions and in rush. John remained calm, knowledgeable,friendly, helpful and so professional.
I was in that location for the first time, we drove there for 2 hours in early morning with little kids thinking it’s the only location taking walk-ins for passports. It appeared to be they are not- mistake in the system but John was the nicest about it, still helped us with everything although he was the only person behind the desk.
I was pleasantly surprised he knew majority of guests by the name, greeted them warmly and had everyone in and out of the door in minutes.
His attitude, love for his work and their customers made this experience not only pleasant but unforgettable. He truly made an impact on our family and our whole day. Thank you, John!!!”
