We made an appointment to change our accounts to a trust. They called us an hour before and said they need a notary. I took the afternoon off of work.

I’ve never had a problem with the agents or service. Sometimes it’s difficult reaching them on the telephone, but apart from that, it has as good as service as any other bank in the area that I know of.
