They don't do a free re-test if you use a coupon for smog test. The coupon says free re-test if using in house repairs but I did not fail due to a repair.

I was looking for a shop to install an after market part for my car but they did not want to install it since they don't offer this type of service. When asked for a recommendation to another shop, they didn't offer one. Not very helpful or offer any suggestions.
