They never Bulshit No customer No material how small or Big the issue are and if you Bring ur Own material parts, Make shure. u have quality parts why would a shop be liable for a part u brought to him for install comen sense that why he doesn't give u warrantee on ur personal part. AND If He get any parts for ur vehicle they make Shire to order the Best Oem parts available on the market. He doesn't make the parts people But he make sure to get you Quality parts. When He doe,s get You any MATERIAL. SO All this people Stop making this Shop look bad Becaue ur Cheap and always wants deal,s well a Good Shop Don't give u deal They give u Great work for a Good price so if you think you have a better Shop to take ur vehicle go ahead this Shop is All quality and Give them Respect there busy Every day so if They cant pick up then drive there, his work Speak For himsels. HE VERY Good on Old-school cars , But you need to give him paitienc if you want hin to work on it because he has so much work but he will make space when he can and I promise ur gonna Be more than happy with the work”

“Decent chain, and this location seems to be decently run. I have the misfortune to use the damage warranty, and it was a quick walk out to the car with the service writer to verify, and wrote up the replacement. I noticed torque specs clearly marked on paperwork, seamless TPMS management, and a clean, calm, and busy shop. Boba shop nearby is nice bonus while you’re waiting.”

“Had a fuel pump go out on my 2005 BMW 325ci. I am not a car guy so when I have car problems, it's always a bit of a frustrating experience because it's a world that I do not know. I just want it fixed and I want to know that I did not get ripped off or taken advantage of. This is my first time using Benny at Millbrae Motors based on a recommendation from a friend and I am very thankful to have found him. Benny was very patient and helpful with guiding me through the process, answered all my questions upfront, did an excellent job with the assessment, and got it fixed very quickly. Excellent service! Price was very reasonable.
To be honest though, the thing that I appreciated most about my experience was that I felt Benny was always being honest with me and never trying to sell me something I didn't need or cut corners. Integrity counts just as much as great service and I felt like I got both with him.

“The folks here are absolutely wonderful. I came here twice and each time I was greeted with attentiveness and kindness. The first time I came here it was because my car was saying there was uneven tire pressure. I was a little nervous because I have never had to pump air in my tire before AND the air pump machine outside was blocked by other cars parked around it. When I pulled up to the air pump, someone came out of the garage and had me pull the car up to the main garage. He checked my tires, filled up the air, measured the pressure in each and sent me on my way. That weekend, the car alert came back on so I brought it back a second time and turns out there was a nail in the tire. I pulled the car up, explained what happened, they checked the tire, patched it up and sent me off. Both times they were great - very prompt and courteous. They did a great job (it has been 6 months and my tire is still holding up!) and they helped at a more than reasonable cost. I would highly recommend!”

“Highly recommended for car repairs. My 10 year old Lexus was making worrisome noises so I took it in. Thomas quickly diagnosed the source of my engine trouble and walked me through the fix. We settled on a plan then my car was good to go by early afternoon. Great, straightforward communication and a fair price for quality work.”
“I brought in a set of tires I'd bought online, not realizing my front tires were a different size than the rears — so I'd ordered the wrong size without knowing it. Instead of just turning me away, the guys at California Auto Center took the time to walk me through it and show me exactly where I'd gone wrong. They put my old tires back on, told me to have the correct ones shipped to them, and said they'd take care of it when they arrive.
When I asked if there'd be an extra charge for the double work of remounting my old tires, they told me not to worry about it. That kind of honesty and patience is hard to find. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain things instead of making me feel like an inconvenience. Highly recommend.”
“so I got there right when they opened to beat the lunch rush and they still got my order wrong. the staff were super nice about fixing it though and even comped my drink so that definately made up for it. the food is consistently good and the portions are honestly generous for the price. Id just wish they’d double check the bag before handing it over.”
