“This was my first visit. When I arrived I was signing into the kiosk when the phlebotomist called my name to come in. He took all my information then drawed my blood. I've never been to a lab that was so fast and helpful. Would definitely come back and bi pass the hospital lab I always go to.”

“Very kind and helpful nurse who was an owner-operator of this Blissfusion. Explained everything clearly and provided a really relaxing environment. I received a free vitamin injection because I work in education so she also supports the community! Highly recommend this service”

“I've never had such a joyful blood draw experience! Keven was extremely helpful and caring for my sensitive body. She stayed with me when I felt faint and light headed. Margaret was really kind as well, getting me some tea and an ice pack. I felt very cared for. These ladies really make a blood draw experience enjoyable, which I did not know what possible! ;)”

“This lab is one of the few in the area that I've seen using the BD 368652 Vacutainer lines. If you have a lot of blood work to complete, I highly recommend doing it all here since the flexible lines on the draw needle lead to a much better experience. With the flexible line, the technicians don't have to hold the needle steady while sampling so there's a significantly reduced chance of bruising or unnecessary needle movement.

Also, wait times for walk-ins are literally a million times shorter (yes, a million) than at any Quest location (walk-in) in the bay.”

“Check in was really easy at the kiosk, and they took me in immediately (I had an appointment). The folks there were really nice, and took me seriously when I told them I tend to pass out. They let me wait for a specific room with a lay flat option to draw blood to become available. The did seem short staffed (it seemed only two people were working, one checking people into their rooms and getting their paperwork/vials ready and the Phlebotomist. My phlebotomist was awesome! She was kind and patient, checked in during the draw to make sure I was okay, and encouraged me to take it slow after and brought me a water. Definitely will come back here for future blood work, this was one of the best experiences I've had getting blood drawn.”

“this place is understaffed and very stressful for the workers. please have some compassion. the indian woman most are referring to is trying her best. i usually see her being the only one working in this clinic, checking people in, drawing blood, and making sure all the documentation is correct/tests get sent out correctly. please be patient and kind to her.”

“I had the best experience of my life with the ocean avenue lab corp team.Vicky and Marietta we're incredible and so intelligent with so much experience. “Walk-in for lab is pretty quick and efficient. But hours should be kept up-to-date. I was waiting in the parking lot for a while before going in because Google maps said they opened at 8:30. I also had another appointment to go to and ended up coming back here after. That was a huge mistake. It's best to go as early as you can. Parking is HORRIBLE around 10am!”

“I just went for a rtw test and everybody was nice and it was quick and there was parking! I couldn’t believe there was parking! There’s bad reviews on here but I think they were great, before you leave a bad review you have to take into consideration we’re all human and just doing are jobs. Have a great day be kind to eachother”

“Great lab, very professional and highly experienced. Testing procedures and policies are what you'd expect of a licensed lab that's been in business as long as they have. We use several labs around the county and Anresco is always tops in all categories.”

“Minimal wait time. I’m needle phobic, the staff mindful and efficient with a minimum of discomfort. Easy parking. Mills San Mateo my go to for all my blood work.”

“Checking was quick and efficient. The veins in my arms are difficult to find so I usually have my blood drawn from my right hand with little or no issues. The phlebotomist had trouble getting a vein in my R hand, and was able to draw from my L hand.

Marilisa was so kind and patient with me, and I really appreciated that. She made sure I was comfortable, as I get a little anxious when the needle goes in.”

“had a lovely experience here this morning. I was extremely stressed due to the fact I had to take a last minute covid-19 PCR test for my flight tonight, and the staff here was amazing. They were nothing but friendly and helped me quickly and made sure that I had everything I needed to ensure I would be able to fly safely and make my trip tonight. Both the man in charge and the kind woman who did my swab were great and I would definitely come back for any testing needs.”

“The staff are kind, there are plenty of chairs. I prefer this lab to for-profit labs where the blood draw person is also the office help. If you park at the top of the hospital (drive past emergency entrance) its a pretty easy walk to a side entrance.”

“I had a walk-in appointment with my brother on a Saturday morning, I was immediately called in after check in and my brother was right after me. There was a very nice lady named Angelina who did our bloodwork. First time there and will likely continue going here”

“Honestly, it was easy to get appointment, I showed up and was seen with a very minimal 10 min delay. I was in-and-out in 20 mins. Their walk-in queue is super long, so def recommend appointment. The check-in kiosk was a little silly, had to use confirmation code but they don't email that so recommend screenshotting it when you make an appointment.
Additionally, it seems they need to order more butterfly needles. My blood work was super smooth thanks to the technician (and he credited the butterfly needles)”
