“A couple of weekends ago, I was unlucky enough to have my car act up on the freeway on a Sunday afternoon. I was fortunate to have Mike and his autobody shop conveniently off the highway. Mike and his employees were efficient, communicative, and transparent while they assessed my car's issues and worked on a solution. I left his shop within a couple of hours with a new sparkplug and new knowledge about my engine. Mike is a stand-up guy. I would absolutely recommend using Extra Care Auto Repair!”

“I recently had my 2012 Corolla serviced here for some issues due to normal wear and tear including replacing 2 front axels, transmission service, engine mount replacement, etc. I felt they gave me a good deal, explained things well to me and did a great job. Very friendly too. I recommend this place. Happy with my car’s performance after about a week of driving.”
“Had a busted started in my 2009 Honda Accord. Jeff said he could take a look at it to make sure that was the actual issue and not something else. He confirmed that it was indeed my starter that needed replacing and gave me 3 brands to choose from. I ended up going with the brand name at a discounted price since he gives so much business to his auto parts store. Jeff was very friendly and explained all the steps needed to complete the repair. He also gave a very competitive price for the repair.

“Good, quick service. They only take walk-ins on a first come first served basis. I had a rattling front wheel - it was $75 for an inspection, which could be put towards any additional costs for repairs / service. It ended up just being some cement that had accumulated in the wheel from an old accident so there was no additional charge. Good communication and it felt like I was treated fairly”
“I had a tire emergency on the way to Oregon. Had some tread come off the tire while driving and took it in to get the tires rotated since most places didn't have availability to swap my tires. They were honest with me I shouldn't be driving on it and referred me to a tire shop about 20 min away that could help me same day. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind.”

“This place is great! They called me before my appointment to let me know i could come in early if i wanted to. I came in for a smog test, but needed an oil change as well. Luckily they took care of all of that as well. They cleaned my windshield and refilled my windshield wiper fluid, too. The price was pretty good and everyone was very kind.”
