“My 2018 Hyundai Sonata began to shake while driving so I called Mike. As always, he was friendly and accommodating and allowed me to bring the car right in although I suspect he was pretty backed up at the moment I called.Mike and his team gave stellar service as always. Something I really appreciate is that Mike calls me every step of the way and explains exactly where we're at in the repair process and details all of the various options I have. It's evident through his actions that Mike always acts with his mind on the financial impact of every potential action during the repair process and does everything he can to save my wife and I money. I was also grateful that he provided me photos of all he did throughout the repair and was patient enough to bear with me through detailed explanations of technical automotive functions of which I have minimal knowledge if any and never talked down to me but took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying.It turned out that my car was shaking due to carbon buildup in the engine (a common issue in GDI engines like the one in my 2018 Sonata). The exhaust and intake manifold had to be dissected so that the carbon could be cleaned, and I elected to also receive a valve job to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity. Mike and his team changed the oil and even washed my car before giving it back to me and I can tell you it was not the shop's fault my car was dirty, I brought it in that way. These are just some of the ways "Extra Care" lives up to their name by going the extra mile.If anyone I know is looking for a reliable and trustworthy team of mechanics who do quality work and treat their customers well, I recommend Extra Care every time.-Lucio”

I thought my car needed brakes and Joe came and told me my brakes were good. I know of some places that will say yeah you need new brakes, when you really don't. “Went to see Brian and Chris yesterday just for an oil change on my 2004 Toyota truck. As always they were fantastic in getting me in ( appointment) on time and starting, telling me it would be about an hour. The garage is immaculate, the tv waiting room with books and plants immaculate, and the service with explanation of all when finished is something most shops do not do!!!! Brian said my truck was fine, just a tire that may need to be replaced next year ( starting to crack)... These guys take pride in their work and are totally honest and reliable. They were recommended to me by long time customers and it was the best experience ever finding Toy Toyota and meeting these great people!!! THANK YOU!!! Hard to find honest mechanics but if you want honest work and info check this place out!!!! Love it!!!”

“I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I was next door at Benz Auto body for repairs to the bumper/light when my car stopped running. Glad I was in the area lol. When I walked in the gentleman was very nice. I left my car there overnight and the next day they called me and told me what was wrong with. It actually felt they were being fair with pricing and they also informed me that my car will be ready by the end of the day, which was perfect. This car is actually for my daughter to get back-and-forth to high school, so I need it to be in good working condition. My car runs like a beauty now!! I have found my new location for repairs and I definitely recommend service. I have two other vehicles that I will now have repairs done at this location. Thank you!!”

They Replace all 4 spark plugs and solved the problem! I appreciate Quan's attention to detail and honesty.. 5 star shop! I highly recommend Das auto!”

Carl and the team listened to me, probed for additional issues and problems, didn't (which is rare) treat me like an idiot re mechanical issues, and serviced exactly as requested down to including getting the smog done, and calling me when it passed. Kieran installed three different sets and I always had a strange noise. Kieran kept working on the issue and finally discovered I needed original parts.
