“I have been going to On Track for over 20 years. Mike is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and service is fairly priced. Recently my car quit in a remote location. Mike was able to diagnose the problem by phone and suggested the closest repair option. I was able to get my car back on the road and head home.

“Although my aftermarket Miata wheels were too small for Agundis to balance, the staff were incredibly friendly, determined, and accommodating. When the second tech couldn't get it to cooperate, he came into the lobby with his adapter and my wheel to show *why* it didn't work. They even called other shops in the area to see if anyone had what I needed. I'd 100% go back to Agundis for anything else, and I recommend them.”

“A stellar example of what great customer service and trust looks like. I had my tyre busted at an awfully odd hour in the evening and Mike went out of his way to help us. Not only he made sure that we were calmed down but also explained clear next steps and timeline.
I had never been in such an incidence before but finding Mike was the best stroke of luck I had in that terrible situation!”

I went to Oil Stop (san mateo) for a transmission flush.
An attendant took the time to explain a complicated looking device that drains all the transmission fluid ( before they add fresh new transmission fluid).
This is good cuz the fluid that was drained from my transmission was a disgusting dark red...Eewwwh! They put in new fluid.
Now my gears shift like butter!! TY for the explanation & service.”

“Had a busted started in my 2009 Honda Accord. Jeff said he could take a look at it to make sure that was the actual issue and not something else. He confirmed that it was indeed my starter that needed replacing and gave me 3 brands to choose from. I ended up going with the brand name at a discounted price since he gives so much business to his auto parts store. Jeff was very friendly and explained all the steps needed to complete the repair. He also gave a very competitive price for the repair.
