Customer experiences with staff vary. Some employees, like those at the bakery and a lady at the self-service cashier, are noted as very helpful, super nice, and willing to assist. However, other interactions reveal impatient customer service, with reports of cashiers showing impatience toward customers needing help with digital coupons and the store app, suggesting a need for a dedicated help counter. A significant concern raised is the presence of beggars, thieves, and altercations involving homeless individuals and drug addicts near the store, which has been getting progressively worse and affects the shopping environment. Food is descent, BBQ is not too fat (I personally prefer lean pork) unfortunately at 3pm roast pork was sold out
