“I recently visited Smoke Shop, and it absolutely deserves its name—five out of five in every way!
The product selection was impressive, with a wide range of premium cigars, vapes, pipes, and accessories from top brands. I particularly liked their variety of craft glass pieces and organic rolling papers.
The staff were super knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. One employee recommended a new flavor of vape juice that turned out to be perfect for me.
The atmosphere is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, with chill music playing in the background. It’s not too crowded, which made browsing easy.
Pricing is competitive compared to other shops in the area, with some good deals on bundles.
Overall, I’d rate it five out of five stars and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality products in a relaxed setting. I’ll be back soon!”

This guy had replacements, coils, and everything else you would need in case of an emergency. Great price as well. I had purchased 2 pieces of the glass for the tank and accidentally left one behind. The man didn't realize that the case he gave me was the empty one. Simple mistake, he was so helpful and gave me my other tank. Great business and would recommend to anyone needing a last minute solution.”
“Steve was amazing, a few weeks back I bought a Smok RPM lite from these guys, through no fault of their own the device broke. I called them up and asked if there was any chance at repair. Steve said come on in lets see what we can do. After taking a look at it he stated that unfortunately the device was shot but he was more than willing to make an exchange for a similar product. Offered me plenty of exchanges for different products but in the end I went with a new pack of coils and juice for the mod that was in my car. Pretty much the price of the RPM device itself. If you have any doubts about the customer service here, let this review speak for itself. Steve was incredible, knowledgeable and kind.”
“They sell cigarettes and I buy their cigarettes. Not much to it. The cashiers are nice and friendly. Always say hello and make small conversation. One little comment is that - as I remember - they still have the 3 person per store COVID rule (and we now know those rules neither helped nor had any basis in science). However, I may be wrong, it may be the case that the owner simply doesn't want a crowded store. In which case, I respectfully accept his/her decision. To shorten an unnecessarily long review, great people & a great store.”

“Called them last minute at 8:30 pm as my glass on my tank broke and needed one asap. They answered, had it in stock, and even waited 5 min after closing to take care of me since I was driving from Redwood City. 10/10 customer service everytime from these guys. Highly recommend!”
