“I called right as they opened for an emergency, same-day appointment and they were able to fit us in. However, when I had trouble making that time, they were super accommodating in squeezing me in for a later time. It was a simple process, which I needed since I was worried about my cat, which they reassured me about. They were super nice and upfront about the services they provided, informing me about the total cost before continuing with the appointment. Will be my pets' primary location from now on!”

He has an on/off again medical issue that Dr. Lunsman and Team were so kind and thoughtful in their approach to testing and medication. “Probably one of the most professional pet dental care place in peninsula. Both doctor Riggs and Farcas are very experienced and professional. It’s probably more costly than other places but I think it’s worth it because of the assurance that your loved pets are in good hands”

“Dr. Commins came over on Saturday to assess my inter-vat aggression issues. It was a great meeting, and I am filled with hope that my 2 cats can eventually have a truce, if not a friendship. “It was so hard to find a new Veterinarian after Oceana Pet Hospital closed. We tried a few, but none really stuck until we met Dr. Tais at Masson. She was personable and took her time getting to know each of my pups. The office staff are also a very big reason we chose to stay at Masson. Jennifer and Sarah are super detailed and knowledgeable.”

“I want to let others know how caring, compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. Gadde is. I brought my cat, Sammy, to the hospital knowing that he was in trouble with kidney failure. I needed reassurance that putting him down was the only, although distressful, choice. Dr. Gadde helped me make the right decision. “We’re so grateful to have found this amazing place. Due to a cancellation, John was able to schedule us earlier before the holidays. Everyone is helpful and supportive from the first assessment to the subsequent physical therapy sessions. Our pet was diagnosed with FCE and was temporarily paralyzed in all four legs. Prior to finding Scout’s house, the ver prescribed steroids and pain killers, which made our dog miserable. We were quite at a loss about providing proper care.After his first session with Krista, he was able to sleep peacefully through the night. 3 sessions later, he is now able to walk again. We’re very thankful for their compassion and kindness.”

They really care about transparency and making you feel at ease.My cat was having some urinary issues and I felt comfortable asking questions about the procedures and the cost throughout the visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the context of his recommendations while also answering any questions that you can throw at him. AllCare also does not try to upsell you with everything. They only recommend what is fair and needed. If you need a vet, he's the one!”

“I went to Lenity over a year ago but after I had a horrible experience at a different emergency vet, I wanted to come back and praise these guys.The nurse who talked to me in my car was so sweet and understanding of my situation. Once I told him what was wrong with my chihuahua, he calmed me down and told me what he had was common and not life threatening immediately soothing my worries. This was still around covid time so I was not allowed to enter the clinic.They did his exam and the vet talked to me on the phone. She was very sweet and super understanding about my concerns and my questions. She was very patient with me.In the end, I was given my pet back and took him home with some medication and a cone on his head so he wouldn't lick himself. My regular vet a few days later confirmed that everything done at Lenity was correct and my pet would heal in no time.Thanks for actually caring about the pets instead of the money (like some other hospital I went to recently).”
