As I searched for shoes the manager followed me around and kept looking at me suspiciously after 10 min asked me if I needed help. I felt uncomfortable so I left the store. I plan on returning but if that same female manager is there I will not enter.

The manager encourages staff not to help customers by sparking up weird conversations with the staff. “Do you hear the difference in Portuguese and reg Spanish” -Luke.They don’t greet you when you enter and they don’t say excuse when they walk in front of you while your shopping for shoes.

They were literally harassing to accept a return of $175. The cashier outright lied - said we don't have enough cash to give you back, come back another day (what is the guarantee they will have cash when I come back another day). I asked if the problem is not having exact change I can give $25 and they can give $200. She literally said I have only small notes and not enough to make $175. She suggested taking back on credit card, I was initially hesitant because it costs me 3% in points if deposit money in it. Finally when I agreed to take the loss, she said, the system does not allow her to accept card as they do have cash , when she opened the drawer, she had LOTS of cash. Then she said, I had not opened the register since morning as no one paid in cash, so I did not know how much is there.If you are a manager, please teach your cashier's how to check how much cash is there. And please ask them not to lie. They should not say, we don't have cash, but say I can't open register and don't know how much there is.Also, this was my second attempt trying to return the shoe. Last time I came at 7:30 and they had closed store early and did not bother to update hours on Google maps.In between when I was insisting she has to pay me, I cannot just come back another day, she said, 'this shoe is dirty, I cannot even accept this as return'. It was a white shoe base, I bought for my mom, who never wore it outside the store, not even for 10 secs . Whatever marks were there were from people trying the shoe in the store. People if you are buying white shoes, buy untouched version, or ask them to write on receipt that it has even slightest mark. Take a pic if you anticipate returning it.

Came 30 miles to find out store is shut on a Friday , however it shows open when checked online , there was no message on the door of when will it reopen / why is it shut in middle of the day…

I had made several online purchases for casual and running shoes before Christmas. I wanted to return several items so I drove 25 minutes to the nearest Asics Outlet Store located in Milpitas, CA. I made the drive and visited the busy Great Mall solely to return these orders. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived and the store refused to return any of my online orders. The store manager said that Asics stores were not accepting online returns due to "inventory" issues. I went onto the Asics website and navigated to the "Returns" page. It explicitly states "Bring your items to ANY ASICS store or ASICS outlet store in the US for easy, free returns." I brought this to the managers attention but she said there was nothing that they could do. According to her, stores were notified by the corporate that they would stop accepting in store returns indefinitely beginning on December 28th. She said to call again next week to see if the policy was updated, or that I could ship them back. The trip was a complete waste of time since the store refuses to accept online returns...despite Asics.com's explicit Returns policy on their website.

First of all, this store is all but that. It is always in disarray and tore up. Product is expensive and yes comfortable running shoes but not really stylish. For Christmas my husband purchased a pair of shoes for me but they were half a size too big. I brought back the shoes in pristine condition with the original receipt and asked to exchange but they did not have my size. I was told that I needed to have the exact card to put the money back on OR I could get a store credit. I then asked if they could order my size and I would exchange them upon arrival. The clerk just said NO. I do not normally wear this brand of shoes so I did not want a store credit. I have the original receipt so giving me MY money back should not be a problem. She refused and I was left having to come back with my husbands card. Horrible customer service!! I will never buy shoes here. Not worth the effort or pain of dealing with incompetence.

They are doing BOGO promotions. Getting a pair of Gel Kayano 29 and Gel Nimbus 24 for a total of $160 is a awesome -- plus another 10% discount for being a AsicsOne member. The store is a bit disorganized. But that is expected for any outlet store. The workers were extremely helpful for searching my preferred colors and size. There was a long queue for Nike but no one is visiting Asics. This is surprising for me. Overall: highly recommend if you can find your size.

I have been using asics because of their good quality. However this pair that I got seemed to have manufacturing defect and while I understand it could happen once in a while this store upfront denied to do anything about it. It is mildly used which is how u came to know about the defect. Something similar happened to my wife's pair as well at this store.Sharing this review hoping its useful to other users planning to go to this store.This is absolutely the worst asics store in my experience.

This is the worst store out there. I went there for a pickup, though there were staff in the store, I was told I am late by a minute and did not let me pickup my order. Worst customer service ever! The lady at the billing was being rude and kept shouting for being 1 MINUTE late due to traffic!

Three star purely because of the staffs who are very helpful. Minus two star because they never carry shoes that I want that's available online.
