Plenty of open spots for appointments onilne. No wait time whatsoever. Got help with Michael, he was super nice and efficient. The whole thing took just 10-15 minutes. I don't understand the bad ratings. I'll definitely come back here for any banking stuff.

One of the best experiance with BOA ever! Only wait 3 minutes for the appointment and get everything done in 30 minutes. Both manager Ana and banker Min are super nice and very professional.
