“Hands down the best car loan experience! I am a first time new customer - had 3 days to find a bank that would be willing to beat the rate that carmax was offering me. I called Patelco on a early Monday Morning Alex Q. Helped me over the phone he was very patient (knowing I was in a hurry) & understanding with me that I was nervous doing this over the phone and via email. He walked me step by step explaining throughly in a way I could understand & he made me feel that I could trust him with very sensitive information. Less than an hour later I received an email from Patelco indicating wonderful news & was able to beat carmax loan rate!! Finished the car loan application with Bernard T. Who also walked me step by step over the phone with uploading all personal documents needed to finalize the process. After many emails back and forth- He too was also very professional & understanding and patient with me! By 3pm Bernard was able to generate/print a check at my nearest Patelco location and I was able to pick up the check, then drop off to carmax that same evening! Both Alex and Bernard went above and beyond to help me without having to step foot in their Milpitas branch. So grateful they took my call and appreciate their willingness and efforts to help me. overall happy that a Patelco was able to help me! “Being very surprised about the low score they have here. I have very good experience at this Milpitas local branch. No appointment, I usually just walk in when i recalled some troubles I need to fix. Last time it was 4 months ago Seema took the lead within 5 minutes after I completed that sigh-up sheet. She analyzes all the pro and con for my question applying promotion plans. Also the bank tellers whoever processed my checks are always polite and nice. I am very satisfied with this team considering they are so underrated among these comments
