I don't know, the truth is, I had bad service, they were not coordinated, I waited 10 minutes for the cashier to charge me and the person who was charging was not ready to pay, they do not provide customer service.

Nike Manoa. Sure, you can order them online but I wanted them right now, not later! I searched 5-6 stores, in multiple locations and none of them had them in stock. I had never heard of Finish Line but I called them, Eric said they had them in stock, so I headed in. As I was waiting, I looked for my shoe on the display wall and Eric confirmed they aren't on display. I bought two pair because I want one pair to look good and one pair I can work in. It's not a boot so don't even think about showing up on a union job site and expect to get by the safety guy. I think they look so cool! They have gnarly treads and with high tops, sandy beaches aren't an issue. The store was clean and Eric had everyone making it cleaner. I got the shortly after opening so I got in and out. Nice customer service, they had what I wanted, and no pain. Good enough for my five stars!

Hi good morning,on 07/30/2023 in store 619 with transaction 11497, cashier 0384232, Mr. Ivano Gagliotti, customer 72318272, bought a series of shoes including AIR JORDAN LEGACY 312 LOW CD9054 with price 85.00. Once in Italy, the shoes came in two different sizes, i.e. 4Y and 6Y and you will certainly have the same difference/problem in the shop. Given the impossibility of wearing different shoes and of you selling a pair of shoes with the same size difference, I am here to ask you for the kindness of forwarding 6Y's shoe to your home address and at the same time I will send them 4Y's obviously never worn. Looking forward to your prompt reply and ready to attach the purchase receipt and photos of the shoes, I cordially greet

I was shopping around for a gift and when I approached the register 3 employees were standing there, one employee nodded her head like what’s up (after she was done yawning) and I asked for a size which she helped me and checked it which they didn’t have the size but that was the extent of her help. I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years and this store just didn’t have that.

When Nike and Footlocker let you down, go to the Finish Line!! They have Air Jordans here. Multiple colors and sizes. Todd helped me today and I got my first pair. Todd was super cool and attentive. I was here on a busy Saturday but he still took care of me. I was able to try on multiple sizes and shoes to find the ones that fit in the color I loved. Thanks again Todd!!

Store is fine, but their policies are weird. Cannot try both shoes on at the same time, which defeats the point of going to the physical store.

Staff were busy conversing with each other than helping customers. I approached them three times for help with trying on shoes, but they looked at me as if I was in the wrong for interrupting their conversation for a shoe size. Although I purchased an item from their store, I am really tempted to just return it and get the same item from a more friendly business.

Not one staff member asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me or other customers entering the store. I stood for a good 5 minutes while they just talk to eachother and stock items. It's was slow too. I just left the store right now and felt the urge to write.

Was doing some shoes shopping and decide to stop by finish line Greta mall. As soon I entered the pero son working was on the phone and did not notice I was in there. Telling the person on the phone to go to her house so they can part and using the b work and f word. I needed up walking off
