“The place is great the decoration for ramadan is beautifull the product is awesome the staff is amazing and nice and its an amazing store and amazing food spot my one complaint is how expensive the food is for how much you get. Very little meat for a steep price”
“Good mercado with ample selection of fruits and vegetables. The standout is the butcher which has various cuts of meat that you can't find at Safeway, like diezmillo and arrachera”
“I always find good deals, from fruits to my veggies here. Along with many local vendors you may find on social media. I recommended the crazy cheesecake stands. So many different cheesecakes made fresh, now he sells these very flavorful lemonade as well worth every penny. The fresh barkey with large size pastries I always get a new one I haven't tries. Along with fresh breads and other fresh baked goods.”
“Lots of local vendors and a very nice location. There was a musician too. Great vibe & a few other shops like Subway, Village Grill, Great Clips, a doggy spa....”
“A very small farmers' market compared to others in the area (e.g. Sunnyvale), but it's got a bit of everything that others have. You won't have as many different farmers to choose from for your produce, but the quality is good. The hot food selection rivals other larger markets, with some unique options like the excellent Neapolitan pizza at Pane e Pomodoro.”
“Mostly fruits and vegetables in this farmers market. Lots of Asian herbs and vegetables. On the smaller side of farmer markets. Besides produce, there is a stand that sells other things such as eggs, bakery items, seafood, popcorn, and Mexican food. Live music. Vendors are friendly and greet you with a smile. Some of them offer fruit samples. Parking at the James Lick High School parking lot.”
“One if the best neighborhood grocery store- it is the second store under same management after their first one (homestead and foothill junction in Los Altos) got so popular. Fresh vegetables and reasonable price. Their refrigeration system is not as high tech as big grocery stores and hence they must sell fresh or throw away. Most of their crews are good but sometimes they forget to place the items in the bag (because they are busy). I recommend them highly”
“Berryessa Farmers Market is a wonderful place to find fresh produce, local goods and friendly vendors. A great weekend spot for shopping and supporting the community.”
“The unique display method places stalls on both sides of the outdoor aisle to sell all kinds of fresh fruits. Not only does it have a wide variety, but the price is more affordable than other supermarkets. However, this kind of display seems to be difficult to see in other large and small supermarkets.
One time I shopped here and found out I was overcharged after I got home. I turned back and asked for a refund. The store didn't ignore us because of our lack of language skills. They were very patient and worked hard to understand our request. Later, they checked the cashier and monitored it. If you confirm that there is an overcharged amount, you will be refunded immediately. During the process, the attitude was good and prompt. When I discovered a mistake in my own cashier's service, I carefully explained the cause of the error and apologized repeatedly. Very satisfied with the whole process.
By the way, a handsome young man at the butcher stall in the store had a very good service attitude. He patiently waited for us to look up the translation in the dictionary and tried to understand our meaning and needs. Very satisfied with his patience and enthusiasm.”
“Ami, I like shopping at Eddie's because of the kindness and respect with which they welcome and serve you. If you want to buy, I recommend that you go to Eddie's produces.”
“They sell the best fresh jasmine flowers in Bay Area . Its very lengthy strands and smells very very fresh .Call the stores and check for availability of jasmine and then go .I received lots of compliments from my friends .”
“A nice spot for all your Indian grocery needs! They offer a wide selection of items, making it easy to find everything in one place. The dining area is a nice touch, with delicious snacks available if you want to grab a bite while you shop. Overall, it’s a convenient and enjoyable place for grocery shopping”
“Year after year we are enjoying Alphonso and Kesar variety with Aumpi! Their service is what brings us back to them. Love how they replace the rotten ones. They always deliver in time. Never a disappointment ? I highly recommend. Must try ?”
“I go there to buy the frozen garlic nann. The hot fresh made desserts. The cold ready made. Home cooked meals. And quality spices seasonings and sauces.Friendly staff. And a happy market”
“I guess only Indian grocery store in the area. Great service. I started going for tasty chai and now also do my groceries from them. Little less variety and options, maybe due to limited space but overall you will all basically stuff.
They have light indian snacks like samosa, vadapav, mirchi bhajji, and sabudana vada. Also, They have live chat counter on Thursday to Sunday.”
“If in the area and liking for tropical fruits, this might be worthy. Picked up fresh Jackfruit and a Papaya.
Eat them later on and they were very good.
Service is as expected. In and out in a few minutes.”
“Milpitas Farmers Market Zhaoyang Valley still has some differences. It is small in scale and has few people. It is also located in a parking lot far away from other shops. It is surrounded by other parking lots except the main road, which is not friendly to pedestrians. The advantage is that it is very close to various bus stations and light rail stations, so you can get there even without driving.”
